This month I'd like to follow-up on that topic with some simple suggestions that can result in great improvements to your health and fitness. Remember too, that great plans are only the beginning. Follow through on your plans by taking the necessary actions to accomplish your goals!

Here are some ideas to help you:
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Walk to nearby places instead of driving to them.
- Do at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise most days of the week.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Incorporate stretching into your day.
- Park farther away from the door than you normally do at the grocery store and other shops.
- Instead of eating when you're bored or not really hungry, do a favorite activity.
