The Friends of the Newcastle Library meeting will be at Newport Way Library on Saturday, April 7th from 10am-11:30am. We encourage your attendance at this pivotal meeting where we will lay the groundwork for the structure and elected officers that will form The Friends of the Newcastle Library. We encourage you all to participate in this historical process! Important topics to be discussed at the meeting will include:
- a vote to approve the official by-laws (by-laws will be posted in a few weeks for your review)
- election of the officers
- viewing updated plans of the Newcastle Library
- discuss Newcastle Library's Opening Day events
